Disclosure of consumer’s personal information (SAF data, billing/payment history etc.), usage-record (CDR, Log, Time-Stamp, and Cloud-Data etc.), geographic location and/or combination of any of the above to any entity other than the entities designated by the law of the land is strictly prohibited.
Robi requires employees and contractors to perform their respective duties in a manner that is consistent with Robi's legal responsibilities in relation to privacy. We also review, on a regular and ongoing basis the information security practices to ascertain how ongoing responsibilities can be achieved and maintained. We reiterate Robi's commitment to respect your privacy always on a priority basis by ensuring that the information that has been shared with Robi does not fall in the hands of any outside agency/ unauthorized person(s) except the organizations working and has been engaged on behalf of Robi.
